At Talao, each piece is handcrafted with care and intention. Due to the nature of our production and limited collections, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been confirmed.

That said, we understand that special circumstances may arise. All concerns will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and any exceptions are made at the sole discretion of our team.

If you believe your item qualifies for review (e.g. damaged upon arrival or incorrect item received), please contact us within 7 days of delivery at  support@talao-studios.com with the following details:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will assess your request and respond within 3–5 business days.
Please note that:

  • Items approved for return or replacement must be unused and in their original condition.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • We reserve the right to decline requests that do not meet our criteria.
